Qigong is a classical Chinese healing modality, meaning energy work. It combines intentional, gentle movement with deep breathing to unblock and increase energy, reduce pain, manage stress, and support an overall feeling of health and well-being.
Qi Flow Yoga is a new way of practicing vinyasa with an emphasis on an internal, energetic experience. Traditional qigong movements will be incorporated into vinyasa sequencing to create a fluid, creative flow that will leave you feeling relaxed and revitalized!
Cost is sliding scale $10-15 per class
