iRest is an evidence-based meditation practice so we know how it works and what to expect. It has been shown to be effective not only for relaxation but also for addressing numerous conditions, from chronic pain to depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD, grief, and more. It brings about deep relaxation while also creating healthy changes in the brain. The practice also provides self-care tools to help one navigate life and restore an inner sense of well-being.
