This meditation class 4-week series cuts through the myths and mystique surrounding meditation to make it accessible to everyone. Meditation has been practiced for millennia as a means to quiet and focus the mind, calm the body and spirit, as well as to build self-mastery.
In this series we will:
– define what meditation is and isn’t
– be introduced to simple practices of present-moment awareness
– explore the power of compassion, intention and surrender
